Mitsubishi Fuso’s mobile web app and roadside assistance program

Mitsubishi Fuso launched their FusoFirst (, comprehensive product support program, in November, and there has been an impressive engagement with Fuso customers via the new mobile web app since.


From December 1 to December 3 1, the FusoFirst web app logged 707 sessions, which represented 506 people (both new and returning). 64% are new users with 36% returning. A returning visitor is just as important as a new user, because ongoing engagement with this application is critical. Fuso would like users to share any feedback with on this application. User feedback helps Fuso to continue to improve this important communications channel with the drivers and owners of Fuso trucks.

As a reminder. with FusoFirst, Mitsubishi Fuso also introduced their 24/7 Emergency Roadside Assistance program. This free service is available to FUSO trucks that are within their industry-leading FUSO truck warranty period. A customer who has an issue can call this service directly for free assistance and, if necessary, a free tow to the closest FUSO Service Center.
